1. Academic and Training Head

Head of Department (WISE)- Mrs. Sheetal Kapoor [M.Sc.Child Development] is an expert in curriculum development and a skilled teacher trainer. Her career spans 23 years which includes being a lecturer at the University level. She has been a pioneer in the field of Preschool curriculum designing and her curriculum has been used by some of the most prominent preschool chains pan India. She has also been a teacher trainer to schools in India and abroad. She has been associated with Witty Group of Institutions for 15years. Her responsibilities include designing the Curriculum for the preschool, designing the Curriculum for the Witty Institute of Teacher training, monitoring the IEP’s for children with special needs, conducting Education Quality Audits for Witty Group of Schools, Training the teachers. Her passion for excellence in quality, child centered approach and balanced nature contributes largely to Witty Group of Institutions.

2. Center Head - Ms Neha Jain

Ms Neha has completed her Masters in Business Administration – Human Resource Management. She has completed her Bachelors in Special Education from SNDT University. She is a certified Arts Based Therapist as well. She has been practicing in the field of Special Needs Education with some of the most established institutions across Mumbai over the last 10 years in capacity of a special educator and Arts Based Therapist.

3. Counselor Psychologist - Ms. Bhavya Panchal

Ms. Bhavya Panchal has completed her Masters in Counseling Psychology. She has completed her Graduation in Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Mumbai University. She has worked with students and adults across various age groups. She has primarily been working with children having Learning Disability, Slow Learners, Autism, ADHD, Anxiety Disorder and various types of phobias She has privately counseled cases of adults facing Substance Abuse, Child Abuse, Anger and Time Management issues and Trafficked Survivors. She has been involved in Individual Counseling, Parent Counseling and Geriatric Counseling. She has conducted Life Skill Workshops in school as well.

4. Counselor Psychologist - Ms. Aashna Bathija

Ms. Aashna Bathija has completed her masters in Clinical Psychology She is passionate about working with children with special needs and has worked with them previously. She has also been involved with the diagnosis and therapy of adolescents and adults with substance abuse, personality disorders, and neurological disorders.

5. Occupational Therapist – Dr Harish S Pokale

Dr. Harish Pokale has completed his graduation in Occupational Therapy from K.E.M. Hospital. He completed his post graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation (Occupational Therapy) at All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AIIPMR), Mumbai. He has been providing his services as a consultant Occupational Therapist to various clinical set ups. He has been working with children-with- special-needs since the last 10 years. He specially works for development of social skills of children with Autism spectrum disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactive disorders, Cerebral Palsy. He has completed his training for providing “Basic First Aid” to children and adults.

6. Speech Therapist – Dr Megha Shah

Dr. Megha Shah has completed her Masters in Audiology and Speech and Language pathologist (M.A.S.L.P.). She has completed her Graduation from Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for Hearing Handicapped (AYJNIHH), Mumbai and has completed her Post Graduation from Nair Hospital, Mumbai. She has over 8 years of work experience in various clinical set ups. Currently, she is working as a consultant Speech therapist at Child Development Centre (CDC), Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai and asa private practitioner in Mumbai. She specializes in working with kids having autism, delayed speech, articulation disorder, dysphagia, stuttering and various other developmental disabilities.

7. Career Counselor / Overseas Career Counselor - Vivek and Debarati Bhatt - Campus Call.

With over 15 years of rich experience in study abroad career counseling, with in-depth knowledge about the education system of India, US, Canada, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Dubai, UK and other European countries, and an expertise ‘A’ level and ‘IB’ counselor. Vivek and Debarati Bhatt has been counseling and guiding students in their aspiration of pursuing further studies and building career abroad and in India. Having helped and guided over 6000 students in getting them placed in their dream institutions in India and Universities abroad.

8. REACH

REACH is Centre that provides education to students with learning disabilities across all ages. We do this through customized teaching to suit the needs of individual student. This way it addresses each child’s unique challenge.

Since 2002, our mission has been to provide support services-like schooling completing 10 th & 12 th from NIOS Board, Remedial Therapy, & counselling to all, irrespective of their social & economic background. REACH is proud to have sustained so far with the support of parents & Institutions like SNDT. Today REACH has helped over 100 students to successfully integrate into the mainstream ie regular colleges, Diploma courses, Graduation & Certificate/Vocational courses.

ABOUT THE CHIEF FUNCTIONARY OF REACH:

Anuradha Patpatia is a qualified Special Educator having secured B.Ed in Special Education & Learning Disability. She also holds a Post Graduate degree in Commerce from Bombay University. After securing her B.Ed degree, she took an inclination to helping children with disabilities that are not easily accepted by society. She then founded REACH- Remedial Education and Centre for Holistic Development in 2002. In teaching capacity, she is responsible for academic affairs of NIOS (Xth & XIIth), providing remedial therapy and strategy teaching. She is also the Administrative Head, responsible for day to day affairs and ensuring quality delivery including compliances.

Her passion and commitment is unmatchable and has over the years won laurels for the contribution made to the lives of many who needed the timely help.
